Md Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, chief executive officer of Sheltech, was present along with other officials of Sheltech, landowner and unit buyers, said a press release.
Located at Shantinagar, Sheltech Astra is a mixed-use building that began construction on January 16, 2018, and was recently completed following all the protocols and procedures of Rajuk.
This residential and commercial complex consists of 31 residential flats and five commercial spaces.
For the highest security purpose and residential environment, there is a separate entry for residential and commercial units.
Sheltech Astra has substantial parking facilities, two lifts, modern security and a firefighting system.
