The handed-over projects include Sheltech Enclave Tower, Sheltech Rubynur, Sheltech Sharmin, Sheltech Rosaleen, Sheltech Nurjahan, Sheltech Rebecca, Sheltech Chayapoth, and Sheltech Siddique’s Serenity.

Sheltech successfully handed over its first redevelopment project, Sheltech Enclave Tower, a 20-storied residential-cum-commercial project, located on DIT Road, Malibagh, was delivered in August, 2024. Also, Sheltech Rubynur, a mixed-use project in Senpara Parbata, Mirpur, successfully handed over.
Throughout the year 2024, Sheltech proudly handed over three premium projects under the Sapphire Series, namely, Sheltech Rosaleen, Sheltech Rebecca, and Sheltech Nurjahan.
