Accenture and Microsoft in Bangladesh are supporting two local startups that focus on social impact and sustainability, by helping them to scale their emerging solutions and business models.
The joint initiative, called "Project Amplify", spans across the Asia Pacific and accelerates the growth of 33 startups from the region, according to a press release.
The two Bangladeshi startups are Niramoy Health and Praava Health.
As per the release, both startups demonstrated how their products, services, and operations address significant social or environmental problems and have shown early signs of impact.
The initiative extended its activities launched in South Asia in 2020, welcoming business ventures from Singapore, Australia, Japan, Sri Lanka, and more.
It has a long-term goal of accelerating Asia’s potential and improving millions of lives in the region and globally by addressing diverse societal challenges, the release also said.
Purpose-driven startups from Bangladesh participating in Project Amplify include Niramoy Health and Praava Health.
Through Project Amplify in Bangladesh, startups will have the opportunity to access the latest technologies as well as know-how, expertise, and mentoring from both Accenture and Microsoft.
Both Niramoy Health and Praava Health will use the enterprises' assistance to evaluate proofs-of-concept to re-imagine and enhance the effect and societal value of their solutions.
