Sheltech housing fair begins on Sunday

Sheltech Pvt Ltd has organised a two-week promotional housing fair from today in Dhaka on the occasion of its anniversary. It will offer discounts up to Tk5 lakh during the fair. The Sheltech Anniversary Fair 2017 will be held from March 12 to 25 at Sheltech Lounge in Panthapath. It will open for visitors from 9am to 6pm every day. “Sheltech is one of the oldest real estate developers in Bangladesh. It will come up with different discount offers on its products during the fair. The offers could be up to Tk5 lakh against a flat sale,” Sheltech Managing Director Dr Toufiq M Seraj  told a press conference on Saturday. “Sheltech apartments in different locations of Dhaka city will be sold in the fair,” he added. Sheltech Director Tanvir Ahmed gave the welcome speech while Director Dr Saamiya Seraj presented the quality construction techniques at the press conference.
