Members of the chamber’s new committee unanimously elected her as the president in its first meeting held on November 22, which was confirmed at the 112th Annual General Meeting of the MCCI held yesterday, according to the press release issued by the chamber.
According to MCCI, Golam Mainuddin, chairman for British American Tobacco Bangladesh Company Limited, has also been elected as the vice-president for the organisation.
Among others, the other members of the committee are Chairman of Advanced Chemical Industries Limited M Anis Ud Dowla, Managing Director of Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited Tabith M Awal, Managing Director of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited Tapan Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO of Eskayef Bangladesh Limited Simeen Hossain, Chairman of Rangamati Waterfront AKM Rafiqul Islam FCA, Managing Director of ICE Technologies Limited Rubaiyat Jamil.
