'Kamaruzzaman getting no more time'
State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said death-row war crimes convict Muhammad Kamaruzzaman would not get more time to take decision on whether he would seek presidential mercy.
He said: “The Jamaat leader was given adequate time to file the mercy petition. Earlier in the day two magistrates visited the jail in order to talk to him over the issue. But, he is taking too much time.”
11 Bangladeshis reach home from Yemen
The first group of 11 Bangladeshi nationals who were stranded in war-torn Yemen have arrived in Dhaka from Djibouti by an Emirates flight.
A flight of Emirates Airlines carrying 11 people landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport around 6pm, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam told Dhaka Tribune Correspondent Adil Sakhawat.

NY firm to help bring back Mujib killers
The government is appointing a top New York-based law firm to fight the legal battle to bring back the fugitive killers of Bangabandhu and execute their death sentences.
Sources said the law firm will also work for the repatriation of the killers of the four national leaders.
