Police had produced Khoka at court in the morning and sought 10 days of remand each in Sutrapur arson and Paltan sedition cases in the morning.
Sessions Judges Court Additional Public Prosecutor Shah Alam advocated for remand while Khoka’s lawyer Sanaullah Miah pleaded for bail.
But, two separate judges, after hearing, scrapped both petitions and sent Khoka to jail and ordered authorities to interrogate him in prison within 10 days.
