The Amar Bangladesh Party (AB Party) has demanded the cancellation of the election scheduled for January 7 and called for one under the supervision of the United Nations (UN).
The party leaders have commented that if the election takes place on January 7, one-party rule will be established again in the country.
They made this demand during a protest rally in Dhaka’s Paltan area, calling for the government's resignation and the cancellation of the election on Tuesday.
After the protest rally, the AB Party leaders said the election scheduled for January 7 cannot take place. The people of Bangladesh will not allow this to happen.
