Awami League, BNP programs: Roads to avoid in Dhaka on Wednesday

The BNP's march will start in the morning, while the Awami League's procession will begin in the afternoon

The ruling Awami League will hold a 'Peace and Development Procession' in the capital Dhaka on Wednesday as well. 

On the other hand, the opposition BNP and like-minded parties and alliances will also hold a road march in Dhaka.

BNP will march from Uttara's Abdullahpur to Jatrabari (Chowrasta) from 10am to 4pm.

The party will hold a rally in front of Abdullahpur's Polwel Market at 10:30am before starting the march. 

After the rally, the march will start from in front of Polwel Market and will pass through Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Kuril Bishwa Road, Natunbazar, Badda, Rampura Bridge, Abul Hotel in Malibagh, Khilgaon, Basabo, Mugda, Sayedabad and will end at Jatrabari Chowrasta.

Leaders of Central and Dhaka Metropolitan North along with Mirza Abbas, member of the party's standing committee, will address the BNP rally in Abdullahpur. 

BNP's like-minded parties and alliances have programs in the capital as well. 

Awami League's procession 

Awami League's procession will be held from Satrasta intersection in Tejgaon to Mohakhali on Wednesday. 

There will be a rally before the start of the procession at 3pm. 

Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader is scheduled to address at the rally before the ‘peace and development procession'. 

The organizer of this program is Dhaka city north Awami League.

As part of the programs, Dhaka City South Awami league arranged a rally and colourful procession in the capital, from Shahbag to Dhanmondi, with thousands of its supporters on Tuesday.
