Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader will lead a party delegation on an organizational trip to Cox’s Bazar from Dhaka by road on Saturday.
The trip will begin from the ruling party’s president’s Dhanmondi political office at 9am that day and end the next morning in Cox’s Bazar, according to a press release.
On Saturday, Obaidul, also the road transport and bridges minister, will attend party programs at Eliotganj and Chouddagram in Comilla, Feni and Sitakundu on the way to Cox’s Bazar.
On Sunday, he will also join party programs in Chittagong’s Karnaphuli and Lohagara, and Cox’s Bazar’s Chakaria and Ramu.
Obaidul will be accompanied by Awami League Presidium members Mosharraf Hossain and Abdul Matin Khasru, Joint General Secretary Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif, Organizing Secretaries AKM Enamul Haque Shamim and Mohibul Hassan Chowdhoury Nowfel, Publicity and Publication Secretary Hasan Mahmud and Deputy Office Secretary Barrister Biplab Barua, among others.
On September 8, another ruling party delegation, led by Obaidul Quader, had also carried out electioneering in the country’s northern districts.
