Police arrested two alleged drug dealers and recovered 10,000 Yaba tablets and Tk 58 lakh in cash during a raid in Tongi of Gazipur on Monday night.
The arrestees are Md Anwar Hossain, 36, and Md Shawon, 26, both originally from Narsingdi.
Acting on a tip-off, police raided a rented flat on Salamat Molla Road area under Tongi West Police Station around 10pm and arrested the duo along with the yaba tablets and cash, said Tongi West Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md Arifur Rahman.
