Temperatures may rise slightly by day, but cold will worsen at night and early morning, says met office

Update : 11 Nov 2025, 02:39 PM

Residents of Chuadanga experienced a noticeable drop in temperature early Tuesday as a mild cold wave intensified across the district.

According to the local weather office, the mercury dipped from 15.9°C at 6am to 15.8°C by 9am, accompanied by 83% humidity.

The chilly breeze, combined with the falling temperature, has heightened discomfort in both urban and rural areas, particularly affecting daily wage earners who ventured out in warm clothing from the early hours.

Tahmina Nasrin, an observer at the Chuadanga Weather Station, said the cold is expected to intensify further during the night and early morning hours in the coming days, although daytime temperatures may see a slight rise.
