A Rohingya child died after being buried under a landslide in a refugee camp in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar, on Friday.
The deceased was Syed Ullah, 10. Two others were critically injured in the incident.
The injured are Syed Noor, 15, and Enayet Rahman, 10, both residents of the same camp.
According to local Rohingyas, the incident occurred when three children were playing on a hill. The children were buried under the soil during the landslide. Local residents and members of the fire service rushed to the spot and rescued them.
Ukhiya police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Arif Hossain said the injured are receiving treatment at the hospital.
