Responding to these conditions, the district administration and the district education department have issued instructions to temporarily suspend classes in primary and secondary schools in Nilphamari due to the mild and moderate cold waves caused by such fluctuating temperatures.

As per the Syedpur Meteorological Office, all schools have been declared closed on Wednesday and Thursday due to temperatures remaining below 10 degrees Celsius on these two days.
