A signature campaign has started in the United States and Canada to bring back two fugitive Bangabandhu killers living in the countries, Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen said on Monday.
Speaking on a virtual event titled 'Spirit of Victory Day and Today's Bangladesh’ organized by Bangabandhu Foundation, he also said that the organizers of the campaign are handing the signatures over to the governments of US and Canada.
Some killers of Bangabandhu are living in different countries, the foreign minister said, calling upon the Bangladeshi expatriates to remain vigilant.
Describing Padma bridge as a “big victory”, he said that the government has been able to construct the bridge overcoming all the conspiracies.
