Kazi Nabil: Anti-liberation forces trying to turn Bangladesh into new Pakistan

MP Kazi Nabil Ahmed said on Saturday anti liberation forces who had reigned the country from 1975 to 1996 are trying to make Bangladesh into a new Pakistan. He made the statement while inaugurating a road in Khajura Bus Stand area under Jessore Sadar upazila in the afternoon. He also said: “Today Bangladesh is on course to fulfilling Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s dream of Sonar Bangla under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.” Among others, district Awami League Organizing Secretary Mir Zahirul Islam, Sadar upazila AL Secretary Mehedi Hasan Mintu, Jessore Municipality councilor Mokshimul Bari Apu, Azizul Islam, Jubo League leader Mahmudul Hasan Milu and BCL leader Faisal spoke on the inauguration, with Lebutala UP AL chairman Bahauddin Master in the chair. Earlier in the morning, he visited Jessore-Khulna Highway under Bakchar area and Khajura police outpost. Nabil said a lot of development work had been completed during the period of Sheikh Hasina and in future more work will be done. He called on the people to re-elect AL to power and root out the anti-liberation forces from the country.
