Sirajul Islam Ratan’s lawyer ,Advocate Shahnewaz Khan, said a bail petition was filed with the Gaibandha Palashbari Cognizance Court. But the court’s Judge, Senior Judicial Magistrate Upendra Chandra Das, rejected bail and sent him to prison.
