Wishing a happy life for his quarrelling parents in a note, a teenage boy has reportedly killed himself in Akhaura upazila of Brahmanbaria.
The suicide note read, "None is responsible for my death. I want my parents to lead a happy life without quarrel, to love my siblings, and not to beat them. Forgive me."
Deceased Golam Hossain Apu, 16, was a ninth grader at Chhaygharia High School.
Family members said Apu committed suicide by hanging himself at their home at Chhaygharia village on Wednesday afternoon.
The body was sent to Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital morgue yesterday morning.
Akhaura police station Officer-in-Charge Rasul Ahmed Nizami confirmed the incident.
