The body of Md Abdullah Al Mamun 40, victim of the devastating FR Tower fire incident was taken to his hometown of Baluadanga in Kotwali, Dinajpur on Friday morning. Hundreds of people flocked to see him one last time before his burial.
He was a longtime resident of Kallyanpur in Dhaka, where his first namaz-e-janaza was held on Thursday night. The second was held at the Miraban village of Biral upazila, his third and final janaza was held at the field of Dakkhin Baluadanga Minar Mosque.
Mamun was the chief accountant of Heritage Air Express. He is survived by his wife and two daughters as well as numerous friends and family members who will mourn his loss.
