Two people have been killed as a truck ran them over in Mirzapur upazila of Tangail district.
The deceased are Delowar Hossain, 46 and Mojibur, 46.
Bashtoil SI Kaiyum said: “The duo was run over by a truck after they got down from another truck early Sunday.
“They died on their way to the hospital.”
The bodies of the deceased have been handed over to their families, the SI said.
