Biman fare for Hajj pilgrims drop by Tk10,000

This year, pilgrims travelling to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj can now avail air tickets at a cheaper price

Biman Bangladesh Airlines’ air travel for Hajj passengers has been made cheaper, as this year the Hajj flight ticket price has dropped from Tk1,38,191 to Tk1,28,000 per passenger.

The State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism, Mahbub Ali made the announcement on Thursday, in an inter-ministerial meeting regarding Hajj at the Civil Aviation Secretariat.

The inter-ministerial meeting was also attended by State Minister for Religious Affairs Sheikh Md Abdullah, Aviation and Tourism Secretary Mahibul Haque, Religious Affairs Secretary Anisur Rahman along with leaders and senior officials of different ministries.
