They brought out a procession starting from Kathaltali area and paraded the town’s main streets. Later a rally was held in front of the Kathaltali Jame Masjid.
Rangamati unit General Secretary of the organisation Md Jahangir asked all the hill tracts people to observe the hartal. He demanded that the government introduce quota for Bangali students in proportion to the population.
