At least four people have been killed in a head-on collision between a bus and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw near Laxmipur bus stand of Sadar upazila in Kushtia.
The deceased could not be identified immediately.
Islamic University (IU) police station Officer-in-Charge Ratan Sheikh said a bus of SB Super Deluxe collided head-on with an auto-rickshaw around 10:30am on Tuesday.
He said three passengers died on the spot.
Later, four injured were taken to Sadar Hospital where another died.
