A mobile court on Wednesday fined 26 business organizations in Jhenaidah town for not hoisting the national flag on the occasion of International Mother Language Day.
After receiving a complaint that some businesses in the town did not hoist the flag, the mobile court, led by Additional District Magistrate Md Asaduzzaman, conducted the drive and collected a total Tk8,600 from the 26 business entities.
