Members of the Department of Narcotics Control (DNC) have detained four drug peddlers along with a computer CPU case used to store heroin from Manikganj municipal town area.
Manikganj DNC Inspector Saiful Islam said they had recovered eight grams of heroin from inside a Central Processing Unit (CPU) case at one Atiq's residence at Paschim Dashra area in the town Tuesday noon.
Atiq, 23, and three of his accomplices – Emon, 22, Tusher, 24, Anik, 20 – were arrested during the drive, he added.
Manikganj Sadar police station Officer-in-Charge Rakibuzzaman said a case had been filed against the four men in connection with the recovery.
