Bangabandhu Bridge east police station Officer-in-Charge Asabur Rahman said: “The accidents took place due to dense fog.”At least 30 people have been injured as 13 vehicles collided one after the other on Bangabandhu Bridge in Tangail.
The injured have been sent to different hospitals in Tangail and Sirajganj districts.
Police said the vehicular movement on the bridge was halted for three hours due to dense fog early Friday.
