At least four people have been killed and eight others injured in a triangular collision between a bus, a truck and a CNG-run autorickshaw in Bertola area of Brahmanbaria district.
The deceased are bus helper Momin, Syed Uddin, 43, Parvin Akhter, 25, and her one-year-old son Nurnabbi.
Brahmanbaria Khatihata Biswa Road police station Office-in-Charge Yunus Mia said: “A bus of Agrodut Poribohon collided with a truck and autorickshaw on Dhaka-Sylhet highway around 7am on Sunday, killing two people on the spot.
“Parvin and her son died when taken to a Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital.”
He said a case will be filed in this regard.
