Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed has said that despite the rise in global oil prices due to the Iran-Israel war, the government is not currently considering increasing domestic fuel prices.
He made the comment while speaking to reporters on Tuesday, after a meeting of the cabinet committee on government purchase held at the Secretariat.
“If the war drags on, it will eventually affect us. We are monitoring the situation,” said Dr Salehuddin Ahmed.
