Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) is set to launch the much-awaited e-driving license.
With this development, drivers will be able to show their licenses through mobile phones.
The Road Transport and Bridges Ministry issued a notification in this regard on September 7.
The announcement said that BRTA is providing the e-driving license as part of Smart Bangladesh.
The notification also informed that the license can be verified through QR code.
