In line with the health guidelines issued to tackle the second wave of coronavirus, all the public offices of the country will restrict entry and will not provide services without masks.
The Cabinet Division sent a letter recently in this regard to all secretaries and senior secretaries of ministries and divisions, along with divisional and district commissioners, and upazila nirbahi officers, reports Bangla Tribune.

The notice, signed by Cabinet Secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam, asked the all public offices of the country to hang banners or notices at entry points written – “No masks, no entry.” It also asked the public offices to refrain and restrict entry without masks, and create awareness regarding its usage to tackle the possible incoming second wave of coronavirus. The notice also asked the offices concerned to implement this policy strictly, without fail, to minimize infections.
The notice further said masks have been made compulsory for all offices, courts, shopping malls, bazaars, state or government buildings and social events. The concerned public offices were asked to not provide any assistance or services to people failing to put on face masks.
