Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi on Saturday observed the National Revolution and Solidarity Day with due dignity.
The Day started with hoisting of the national flag by Acting High Commissioner Preeti Rahman and joined by all members of the High Commission.
This was followed by a discussion session, during which the significance of the historic day was highlighted.
The importance of rising above all differences and strengthening national unity, safeguarding national interest, taking forward the government's various initiatives and building a just, peaceful and progressive Bangladesh was emphasized.
