Pakistan High Commissioner to Bangladesh Syed Ahmed Maroof on Wednesday met Information and Broadcasting Adviser Md Mahfuj Alam at the latter's office at the Secretariat.
During the meeting, the Pakistan envoy expressed his interest in signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Bangladesh Television (BTV) and Pakistan Television (PTV), as well as between Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) and the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), according to a press release.
The adviser also discussed the Pakistani government's cooperation in broadcasting Bangladeshi channels in Pakistan.
