The Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JaSoD-Inu), one of the 14-party alliance members, has finalized its candidates for 181 seats out of 300 seats for the January 7 election.
The party on Friday said it will announce the names of the final candidates nominated by the party against some other constituencies by November 30.
JaSod President and former minister Hasanul Haque Inu released the list of final candidates from a press conference on Friday. At this time, General Secretary Shirin Akhtar, vice presidents Shahidul Islam and Shafiuddin Molla, and other central leaders were present.
The list was read by Office Secretary Sajjad Hossain.
JaSod has already said that it will participate in the elections under the Awami League-led alliance in continuation of the last three elections. As a result, even if the candidates are finalized in 181 seats, a large part of it may be reduced after seat compromise.
JaSod candidates contested from eight seats in 2018. Among them, they were running with the boat symbol in three seats and their own party symbol torch in five seats.
