US Ambassador Earl R Miller visited the Madanmohan College polling centre in Sylhet city to observe voting procedures.
He went to the centre around 1:45pm on Sunday, and talked with the presiding officer and several voters.
However, Miller declined to talk to the reporters after he came out of the polling centre. The officers in protocol with him confirmed that he will be staying in Sylhet until the evening.
