A newly established female students’ hall for Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology of Dhaka University was named after noted athlete Sultana Kamal.
The decision was taken at a syndicate meeting on Wednesday of the university with Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique in the chair.
Sultana Kamal was the elder daughter-in-law of father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
