Teachers working at educational institutions across the country have been requested to identify errors in the textbooks of classes six, seven, and eight and submit proposals for corrections and revisions.
On Thursday, this proposal was called for through an office order signed by Professor SM Kamal Uddin Haider, controller of examinations of the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
Giving instructions to the heads of educational institutions, the office order of the Education Board stated that, to correct the errors in the textbooks of classes six, seven, and eight for the academic year 2025, heads of institutions are requested to arrange for the teachers working in their institutions to send proposals for corrections and revisions in the attached format and as per the instructions, both in hard copy and soft copy to the email [email protected] by Monday.
As per the directive issued by the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education on Tuesday, the Dhaka Education Board has called for these proposals for the correction and revision of textbooks.
