Two examinees were expelled and as many invigilators were relieved of their duties on the first day of the SSC and equivalent examinations in Comilla.
The incident took place in Barura upazila during the Dakhil (Vocational) examination on Thursday.
The expelled examinees sat for the exam at the Aganagar Abul Bashir Technical High School and College centre.
The invigilators are Assistant Teacher at Nargis Afzal High School Mustafa Alam and Assistant Teacher at Daipur Darussunnah Islamia Dakhil Madrasah Amir Hussain. They were on duty in room 3 of Aganagar Abul Bashir Technical High School and College.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md Moin Uddin said the two examinees were expelled for adopting unfair means and two invigilators were relieved from duty, starting from the next exam, due to negligence.
