Dr Mijanur Rahman stays on as JnU VC

President Abdul Hamid reappointed Dr Mijanur Rahman as the vice-chancellor of Jagannath University for his second term. The Ministry of Education issued a gazette on Sunday confirming his position. Prof Mijanur Rahman earlier served as treasurer of Dhaka University from 2009-2012. He has been serving as the vice-chancellor of Jagannath University after Dr Mesbahuddin Ahmed since 2013.
