A meeting of the Advisory Council, led by Dr Muhammad Yunus, the chief adviser of the interim government, took place on Thursday at his office in Tejgaon, Dhaka.
Following the collapse of the Awami League government after a student-led uprising on August 5, an interim administration was established on August 8, with Dr Yunus at the helm.
The government consists of 20 additional advisers alongside the chief adviser.
