Several regions of Dhaka, including Moghbazar and Malibagh, will experience a gas outage for a total of eight hours from 10am to 6pm on Saturday due to urgent pipeline maintenance work.
This was revealed in a press release issued by Titas Gas on Friday.
The statement mentioned that due to urgent replacement or removal works in the gas pipeline, the gas supply will be suspended in areas from Moghbazar to the rail gate of Mouchak and Malibagh.
This includes the northern side of the rail line in Nayatola, Gabtola, Greenway, Peyara Bagh, Modhubag, and the T&T Colony in Moghbazar.'
In addition to this, areas surrounding these regions might also experience low gas pressure, the release added.
