The Department of Television, Film and Photography of Dhaka University on Monday celebrated its 11th founding anniversary on the campus with colourful programs.
The department held a rally at the campus at 10:45am.
Besides, the department also arranged film show and cultural program.
Vice Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman attended the anniversary program as the chief guest.
Besides, Pro-Vice Chancellor (administration) Dr Muhammad Samad, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Prof D A S M Maksud Kamal among others attended the program as special guest.
The Department of Television, Film and Photography embarked on a journey on January 23, 2012, as the Department of Television and Film Studies.
