ULAB Film Club has recently screened a special film titled “Sukal The Puppet Himself”.
The filmmaker Shilbhadra Datta was present at the screening as a guest. The Special Advisor of the ULAB Board of Trustees Shamsad Mortuza and the director of ULAB Co-Curricular, Moinak Kanungo were also present at the screening.
The screening took place at ULAB Research Building Auditorium on October 27.
Shilbhadra Datta is also a professional photographer.
The film shows Sukal's art, his environment and his take on the simplicity of life. The director took questions from the audience – after the screening was over.
The attendees asked several questions regarding the film, the title and the inspiration behind the making. Later, the maker was handed a crest by the organizers.
