Popular K-pop band E-sang is going to perform in Dhaka on Saturday.
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea is going to host the live Korean music concert at the Hatirjheel Amphitheatre in Dhaka.
Embassy of the Republic of KoreaThe band, comprised of seven members, will present Korean traditional folk songs in a modernized fusion style.
Traditional Korean music instruments such as ayageum, janggu (drum), and Taepyeongso (flute), along with western instruments such as bass guitar, keyboard piano, and drum will be played during their performance.
The embassy is hosting this event in collaboration with RTV.
Embassy of the Republic of KoreaMd Atiqul Islam, mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation will grace the occasion as chief guest.
This is the first outdoor cultural event arranged by the embassy since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
