Apollo Hospitals observes World Autism Day

A two-day free health camp was set up during the event for children and people with special needs at the Child Development Centre of Apollo Hospitals Dhaka. Bangladesh Protibondhi Foundation, Anandaniketan School and ALC Foundation made a presentation titled “Inclusive Learning for Children and Autism” in the ceremony. A case was presented by Dr Farzana Islam, head of Child Development Centre. The event included a stage performance of children with special needs and a cultural programme. Fatima Husein, head of education at Aga Khan Education Service Bangladesh, Dr Prasad R Muglikar, director at Medical Services of Apollo Hospitals Dhaka, Md Enayet Ullah Khan, director of Business Development at Apollo Hospitals Dhaka, Dr Arif Mahmud, senior general manager at Medical Services and Consultants of Apollo Hospitals Dhaka, were present at the event.
