An under-age girl has allegedly been gang-raped in Gazipur’s Kaliganj.
The incident was reported to Kaliganj Police on Thursday, said Inspector Mozammel Haque.
The victim has identified the perpetrators as Yeasin, 40, Raju Mia, 20 and Azu Mia, 40, said the police officer.
According to the case documents, the victim went to eat out at the Kaliganj bus terminal on Wednesday.
On finding the shop closed, she took a rickshaw. After a while Yeasin suddenly jumped on the rickshaw and took her in front of a state-owned food warehouse near Kheyaghat.
The victim was made to wait there until two other men joined after which they gang-raped her.
They fled when locals came to the scene after hearing the girl’s cry.
Inspector Haque said that the girl herself filed the case against the accused.
