State Minister for Power and Mineral Resources Energy Nasrul Hamid's Facebook and email IDs have been hacked.
The accounts were hacked on Friday, the ministry's Public Relations Official Mir Md Aslam Uddin confirmed to the Dhaka Tribune.
The ministry official requested everyone to verify any status from the minister’s Facebook ID and emails if anyone received any.
Police has been notified about the matter, he added.
