SC upholds HC order on 20 pharmaceutical companies

The Appellate Division of Supreme Court has upheld the High Court decision of halting preproduction at 20 pharmaceutical companies. A four-member Appellate Division bench led by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha passed the order on Wednesday morning. The bench also rejected a petition filed seeking a stay on the High Court order.
