The Appellate Division on Monday denied bail to the prime accused who assaulted a woman over her outfit in Narshingdi three months ago.
Justice M Enayetur Rahim passed the order, the accused - Shila Akhter Marzia’s lawyer Md Kamal Hossain told Bangla Tribune.
On August 16, the High Court bench of Justice Md Zakir Hossain and Justice AKM Jahirul Haque granted Marzia bail for six months.
On May 18, a young woman was physically assaulted over her outfit at a Narsingdi railway station by Marzia.
On May 30, she was arrested over the incident.
