Additional District and Sessions Judge of Manikganj Al Mahmud Faizul Kabir granted the four as defence witnesses of bus driver Jamir Hossain and fixed January 12 as their deposition date.
The court passed the order following a petition filed by accused Jamir Hossain for deposition by four defence witnesses on November 28, 2016.
Tareque Masud, Mishuk Munier and three others died in a road accident on the Dhaka – Aricha Highway in Ghior upazila, Manikganj while returning to Dhaka from Manikganj on August 13, 2011.
