In a suo moto ruling on Wednesday, the bench of justices M Enayetur Rahim and JBM Hassan ordered the prison authorities to produce the four before it on January 16, 2017.
The women are Shahnaz Begum, Sumi Akter Reshma, Rajia Sultana and Rani alias Nupur.
Shahnaz has been at Kashimpur prison for women since September 16, 2008. The others were taken there in 2009.
